The Sobrato Organization brought The Morley Bros. in to lead the redevelopment strategy for its 350,000 square feet of functionally obsolete office buildings on 20 acres surrounding a light rail station and manage the permit approvals. Following a collaborative community planning process, the site has emerged as a premier transit oriented, mixed-use community in the Midtown neighborhood of San Jose.
