The Morley Bros. have secured entitlements and development approvals for more than 16 million square feet of commercial/retail space and more than 11,000 residential units over the past decade. The following are featured projects from our portfolio.
Assembling holdings from Phillips and The Sobrato Organization, The Morley Bros., in a venture with The Riding Group, redeveloped the site of an obsolete manufacturing facility and vacant land into a combination of townhomes, condominiums and a new public park. Carefully integrated into the fabric of the existing mixed-use neighborhood, the community was built by Toll Brothers as "Villas at Lundy."
