In a venture with The Riding Group, The Morley Bros. facilitated the creation of a new 130 acre Industrial-To-Residential district in Sunnyvale. The East Sunnyvale ITR District, undertaken in cooperation with the City, took more than two years and required coordination with a dozen property owners. After adoption of the ITR District, our team then obtained development approvals on an unused portion of the AMD campus along Duane Avenue totaling 14 acres to construct 242 for sale townhomes and stacked flat homes.
