Lurene DriveThe Morley Bros. are pleased to announce the sale of Lurene Drive in Fremont, CA.

Our company assembled five parcels totaling approximately 4 acres in Fremont's Mission District, planned and designed a new residential neighborhood and secured development approvals for 54 townhomes plus a community park. The Morley Bros. purchased a portion of the property in 2009 and then sold it and associated development approvals to SummerHill Homes in November 2010.
