Leatha ClarkDirector of Planning

As Director of Planning for The Morley Bros., Mrs. Clark is responsible for the planning and project management affairs of each of the projects the company undertakes. She is responsible for developing and implementing project budgets and timelines, coordinating due diligence, managing project entitlements, overseeing project team and consultant work product for land planning, home type selection, architecture and engineering. She also prepares project applications, analyzes public policy, and manages community outreach programs. Mrs. Clark has worked with The Morley Bros. since the company’s inception with a term at the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency where she worked on downtown matters including creation and management of an innovative GIS system. Mrs. Clark received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning from San Jose State University.
