The Morley Bros. acquired two functionally obsolete industrial properties from The Sobrato Organization and Mission West Properties at the intersection of Tasman Drive and Morse Avenue in Sunnyvale. Our team integrated and redeveloped the sites into a 72 home townhome community which serves as a gateway to this emerging neighborhood, now being built by Toll Brothers as "Verona at Sunnyvale."
