Silicon Valley Corporate Center Santa Clara, CA
Equity Office brought The Morley Bros. in to lead its development strategy and negotiations with the City of Santa Clara on the mixed-use corporate center, which includes 2,000,000 sq. ft. of office space and 35,000 sq. ft of retail on a 30 area site. Our team managed the land entitlement process, securing development approvals to implement this Class A corporate center at the Gateway of Santa Clara.
