At the gateway to Los Gatos, The Morley Bros. designed and executed on a comprehensive development strategy and completed approvals for The Sobrato Organization, the largest private owner and developer of commercial real estate in Silicon Valley. Netflix’s 160,000 square foot worldwide headquarters and 295 luxury apartments are the centerpiece of this mixed-use community at a future light rail station.
