The Morley Bros., by integrating office space, homes, neighborhood retail, parks, transit and historic preservation to transform the outdated IBM campus, were instrumental in creating the most comprehensive transit-oriented, mixed-use community in Silicon Valley. The company secured all development approvals on behalf of Hitachi GST to create this vibrant new community.
