The Morley Bros. advised eBay Inc. on the company's site selection process for its corporate expansion and led negotiations with the City of San Jose on the 2 million square foot campus. Our team then managed the land entitlement process, securing the development approvals to implement the public/private partnership, which has enabled eBay to remain and grow in San Jose.
